AI-based tools like Jasper AI can also help you generate your own scripts. You could also ask other voice actors for demo scripts; I have hundreds of them! I do not post many publically, though, as some are signed with an NDA, a non-disclosure agreement.
Disclaimer: free voiceover scripts may not be the best scripts. Bill talks about that in his short YouTube video. You may not want to use these practice scripts in your demo reel. Regardless, you've got to start somewhere. Eventually, you can begin weeding out the bad scripts and lean into the good ones. You'll get an eye and ear for a good vs. lousy script the more you practice!

You can purchase them online, discover them for free, or write your own. I'm going to list many scripts free for use - you'll find everything from commercial scripts to car commercial scripts and more. This is a great place to start.
When looking for voice acting practice scripts, choose ones appropriate for your skill level. Start with manageable scripts, and work your way up to more complex material.
